1. Who we are and what this service is

GLP-1 Simple ("GLP-1 Simple", "we", "us") provides a personal health-tracking application that lets you record information about your GLP-1 treatment, meals, hydration, weight, appetite, symptoms and activity, and view summaries of what you recorded.

GLP-1 Simple is a self-tracking tool sold directly to individuals. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, not a pharmacy, and not a telehealth service. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or supply medication, recommend or adjust doses, interpret laboratory results, or judge whether a treatment is working. See our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use GLP-1 Simple. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the individual who owns the account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@glp1simple.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account is for one person. Do not share an account, and do not record another person's health information in your account unless you have their permission and the legal authority to do so.

3. Free plan, trial and paid subscriptions

GLP-1 Simple offers a Free plan with everyday logging, and a paid Simple+ subscription that unlocks additional features such as dose-day analytics, weekly reviews, clinician reports and the weekly meal planner. Features included in each plan may change as the product develops; we will not remove a material paid feature without notice.

New accounts receive a 14-day trial of Simple+ features. No payment method is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, the account continues on the Free plan unless you subscribe. Your recorded data is never deleted because a trial ended.

Simple+ is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of the payment provider's services is subject to their terms.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Simple+ access until then and are not charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Simple+ features until payment succeeds. Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change affects a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GLP-1 Simple. In particular, do not attempt to access another user's data, probe or bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer or copy the service, scrape or bulk-extract data, upload malicious code, resell or white-label the service, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

Do not use GLP-1 Simple to provide medical advice to other people, to operate a clinical service, or to make treatment decisions for anyone other than yourself in consultation with your own clinician.

6. Your content and our licence to run the service

The information you record remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that information solely to operate the service for you: showing your records back to you, generating the summaries and reports you request, backing up data, and providing support you ask for.

We do not sell your health information, and we do not use it for advertising. Aggregate, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be used to improve the product.

7. Our intellectual property

GLP-1 Simple, its software, design, text, graphics and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep GLP-1 Simple available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance, updates, third-party outages or events outside our control may interrupt access.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service, its calculations, charts or summaries are accurate, complete, clinically valid, or suitable for any medical purpose.

Summaries, trends and reports are descriptive presentations of information you entered. They are not clinical findings and must not be relied upon as medical advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any health outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, GLP-1 Simple.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of another person's rights.

12. Suspension, termination and data deletion

You may stop using GLP-1 Simple at any time, export your records, and delete your data or close your account from the Privacy Centre. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or has an unresolved payment failure. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to export data first.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding GLP-1 Simple.
