Medical Disclaimer
GLP-1 Simple helps you record and review your own health information. It does not provide medical advice. Please read this carefully before relying on anything the app shows you.
Version 1.0
Not medical advice
GLP-1 Simple is an informational self-tracking tool. Nothing in the app — including charts, averages, trends, dose-day comparisons, weekly summaries, response labels or clinician reports — is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a clinical judgement about how well your treatment is working.
The app does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or supply medication, recommend starting, stopping, increasing, decreasing or skipping a dose, interpret laboratory or imaging results, or replace consultation with a qualified clinician.
Doses are recorded, never suggested
Where GLP-1 Simple shows a dose, it is only the prescribed dose that you entered. The app never calculates, titrates or proposes a dose. Only your prescribing clinician can change your prescription, and you should follow the instructions they and your pharmacy give you.
Not a medical device
GLP-1 Simple is not a medical device and has not been reviewed, cleared or approved by the FDA, MHRA, EMA or any other regulator. It has not been validated for clinical decision-making.
Accuracy and limitations
Everything the app shows depends on what you entered. Missing, delayed or mistyped entries change the summaries. Calculations such as BMI, rolling averages and weekly change are simple descriptive statistics, not clinical assessments, and they cannot account for medication changes, illness, hydration, menstrual cycles, other treatments or anything you did not record.
Always talk to your clinician
Speak to your prescribing clinician or pharmacist about your medication, side effects, nutrition, supplements, other prescriptions, pregnancy or breastfeeding plans, and any symptom that worries you. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in this app.
Emergencies
If you have severe or persistent abdominal pain, repeated vomiting or an inability to keep fluids down, signs of dehydration, severe allergic reaction, chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, signs of very low blood sugar, or any symptom that feels like an emergency, stop using the app for guidance and get urgent medical help immediately. In the United States call 911; elsewhere call your local emergency number.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the information in GLP-1 Simple. By using the app you accept that we are not liable for health outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. Questions: support@glp1simple.app.
