Do I need a card to start?
No. You can create a free account and use the 14-day Simple+ trial without entering payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan. Your records stay exactly where they are; premium screens are locked until you subscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan any time from Settings › Billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support and we'll help. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
