FAQ

Questions people ask before signing up

Is GLP-1 Simple a medical service?

No. GLP-1 Simple is an organizational, lifestyle and tracking app. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend dose changes. Medication decisions stay between you and your prescribing clinician.

What is the Dose-Day Timeline?

It organizes what you record by the day of your injection week, so you can see your recorded patterns from Day 1 through Day 7 and compare your experience across injection cycles.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start on the Free plan, and every new account gets a 14-day Simple+ trial to explore the premium tools.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account returns to Free. Nothing you recorded is deleted — premium screens are simply locked until you subscribe.

Who can see my information?

Only you. Your records are private to your account, and your reports stay private unless you choose to export or share them.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel from Settings › Billing at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Does GLP-1 Simple work with medications other than tirzepatide?

Yes. You record whatever medication and prescribed dose your clinician gave you. The app never suggests a medication or a dose.

Will the app tell me if my medication is working?

No. It shows patterns in what you recorded and uses descriptive language only. Whether treatment is working is a clinical judgement for your prescriber.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Simple+ includes data export, and every account can delete all recorded data from Settings at any time.

Is my information sold or shared?

No. Your records are private to your account and are never sold. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What should I do about a severe symptom?

Contact your clinician, and seek emergency care for severe or persistent symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or signs of dehydration. The app is not for emergencies.
